WOMEN OF GRACE
LADIES BIBLE CONFERENCE

Registration closes soon.

We are at 95 % capacity. Register early to save your spot.

As Women of Grace, seeking to glorify God, we are excited to invite you to join us on Saturday, June 3rd as we explore our 2023 theme:

OUR UNCHANGING GOD IN A CHANGING TIME

Join us this spring as ladies sit at His presence to learn about our God who is the same yesterday, today and forever. This one day conference is designed for women to step away from everyday life to spend focused time in His Word, be quiet in His presence, enjoy a wonderful time of fellowship, and enjoy being a little spoiled too.

As we look to Jesus with all our heart, mind and soul, our faith will be strengthened in a time where our unchanging God is the living God in today's times.

SPECIAL SPEAKER

DELLA  LEKTEMAN

Della was born at Comox on Vancouver Island, later moving with the family to Victoria, BC. She was saved after a gospel meeting, through Newfoundland evangelist Stan Beasley who was holding a special series at Ross Bay in Victoria.

Della would spend her teenage years at Aldergrove Gospel Chapel where she met and married Bill Letkeman. Three years later they were commended from Aldergrove to serve for two years in Medellín, Colombia with Literature Crusades.

After Colombia they intended to settle closer to Surrey and began attending North Surrey Chapel. When an opportunity arose to return to South America, the brethren at North Surrey commended them to the Lord’s work in Ecuador in 1970. They served there until 1981 when they returned for the education of their three sons.

In 1981, Dr. Ed Harlow of Everyday Publications invited them to work in Ontario within the publishing ministry. With the blessing of the elders, Bill and Della relocated to Ontario and Bill began work fultime with Everyday Publications. Della helped with proofreading. She also wrote three books - Amazing Ants, No Time to Quit, and Voice in the Darkness.

Bill & Della continued with the printing ministry for 27 years. In 2008, the Lord led them to work with New Life Prison Ministry. They consulted with their home assembly and, with their blessing, continue working with that ministry today. Della enjoys going inside the prisons to visit with inmates. She has also written 3 Bible courses specifically for use in prison ministry. Her first course Forgiveness and the second course Angels are in circulation. A third course on Prayer has been sent to various prisoners to get necessary feedback. In her spare time, Della can be found texting her grandchildren, tending to her garden, although in the cold winter season she works on their family tree and enjoys playing piano.

Shortly after that she was baptized and began a public ministry with the teaching of children at the assembly in the town of Guadalupe Victoria. In 1995 Leo began to attend Bible School in the town of Tecate near Tijuana with a special interest in children's work and Christian education. She met Treavor in 1997 while attending Bible school and heading down to Ensenada on the weekends to do the practical part of her education working with children and teens in the new assembly south of town. She has been involved in children's work, teen girls, and with the women from various assemblies for a long time. Along the way Stephani was born in 2000 and Alyson in 2003.

Leo also has a ministry in her home as the Kamstra's use it for working with the saved and non saved people that often come to their home. Hospitality is also an important part of her ministry.

In 2014 Alyson had a brain aneurysm and the family has been returning to Canada since then for medical reasons, and have been working with the saints at 16th Avenue Gospel Chapel in Vancouver, and with Westbank Chapel, and Kelowna Chapel in the Okanagan, as well as working with the saints at Morningstar Bible Camp.
